PURE SWING – TERMS & CONDITIONS
We want everyone at PURE SWING to have a great time and enjoy the facility safely. By booking a bay, purchasing a membership, or entering PURE SWING, you agree to the following terms and facility rules.
Reservations & Payment
Reservations are subject to availability and should be booked in advance.
Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.
Your reservation is for the time you booked. Please finish your round or session and leave the bay on time so the next group can start.
If PURE SWING has to cancel your reservation because of equipment problems, maintenance, power, internet outages, or another unexpected issue, we will work with you to reschedule your time or provide an appropriate credit or refund.
Entering PURE SWING
Use only your own authorized access credentials to enter. Do not share door access, account information, memberships, or entry credentials with anyone who is not authorized to use them.
The person who makes the reservation is responsible for their guests and for making sure everyone in their group follows these rules.
Please make sure secured doors close behind you and do not let unauthorized people into the facility. When your reservation or authorized access time ends, please finish up and exit the facility.
Play Safe
Golf clubs and golf balls can cause serious injuries, so please use common sense and be aware of the people around you.
Only one person should be swinging in a hitting area at a time.
Everyone else should remain safely behind the golfer. Always check your surroundings before swinging.
No horseplay, throwing clubs, reckless swinging, or intentionally hitting balls anywhere other than the designated hitting area.
No metal spikes or footwear that could damage the facility. Please make sure your shoes and clubs are reasonably clean before entering.
If something looks broken, damaged, or unsafe, stop using it and contact PURE SWING.
Equipment
You are welcome to bring your own golf clubs.
Please do not move, disconnect, adjust, hit, climb on, or tamper with TrackMan equipment, computers, projectors, TVs, cameras, screens, networking equipment, or other PURE SWING property.
Use appropriate, clean golf balls that will not damage the simulator screens or equipment.
Damage
Customers are responsible for damage caused by negligence, intentional misuse, unsafe behavior, or failure to follow our facility rules.
The person who books the reservation is also responsible for the conduct of their guests.
If you or someone in your group damages PURE SWING property because of misuse or negligence, you may be responsible for the reasonable cost of repairing or replacing the damaged property.
If something gets damaged or stops working during your visit, please let us know as soon as possible.
Respect the Facility
We want PURE SWING to be a comfortable place for everyone.
Fighting, threatening behavior, harassment, intentional property damage, illegal activity, or dangerous behavior will not be tolerated.
Smoking, and illegal drug use are not permitted inside the facility.
Please clean up after yourself, throw away your trash, and leave your bay in good condition for the next group.
Serious or repeated violations by persons could be prohibited to return to the facility.
Food & Beverages
Outside food and beverages may be permitted subject to PURE SWING's facility rules and applicable law.
Please keep all food and drinks away from TrackMan equipment, computers, TVs, projectors, and other electronics.
Clean up after yourself and your guests.
Customers may be responsible for damage or extraordinary cleaning caused by spills, misuse, or negligence.
Security Cameras
For everyone's safety and to help protect the facility, PURE SWING may use security cameras in designated areas.
Please do not cover, disconnect, move, damage, or interfere with cameras or other security equipment.
Any tampering or interference with the operation of the security cameras may result in your reservation being ended without a refund and/or your future access to PURE SWING being suspended or revoked.
Cancellations & No-Shows
We understand that plans change. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advanced of the reserved time, to be eligible for a refund. Refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours or for no shows are at the discretion of the facility.
Memberships
Memberships, discounts, booking privileges, and facility access are intended for the people included in the applicable membership.
Please do not share your membership, account, or access credentials unless your membership specifically allows it.
Misuse or unauthorized sharing may result in suspension or cancellation of membership privileges.
Additional membership terms may apply depending on the membership purchased.
Failure to abide by any Membership rules or misuse of the facility or its equipment may result in your reservation being ended without a refund and/or your future access to PURE SWING being suspended or revoked
Minors
Minors must follow all PURE SWING safety rules and age requirements.
Parents and guardians are responsible for minors under their supervision.
PURE SWING requires adult supervision for minors and you must be 18 to book at our facility.
Emergencies
Because an employee may not always be on-site, call 911 immediately for a medical emergency, fire, crime in progress, or any other emergency requiring immediate assistance.
For non-emergency problems with a simulator, equipment, access, or the facility, please contact PURE SWING using the posted contact information.
Never block or tamper with emergency exits, fire equipment, or other safety equipment.
Assumption of Risk & Liability
Indoor golf involves physical activity and certain risks, including swinging golf clubs, moving golf balls, other players, slips and falls, and the use of simulator equipment.
By participating, you acknowledge and voluntarily accept the ordinary and inherent risks associated with indoor golf.
You are responsible for using the facility safely, following these rules, and making sure your guests do the same.
To the fullest extent permitted by Ohio law, PURE SWING and its owners, employees, agents, and representatives will not be responsible for injuries, losses, or property damage resulting from the inherent risks of indoor golf or from a customer's or guest's negligence, misuse of equipment, unsafe behavior, or failure to follow facility rules.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive or limit any liability that cannot legally be waived or limited.
Please keep track of your belongings. PURE SWING is not responsible for lost, stolen, forgotten, or unattended personal property except where otherwise required by law.
Privacy & Technology
PURE SWING may collect information needed to manage reservations, payments, memberships, facility access, security, and customer service. Information will be handled in accordance with applicable law and PURE SWING's privacy practices.
TrackMan software and other software, courses, graphics, trademarks, and content belong to their respective owners.
Customers may not copy, modify, improperly access, or interfere with PURE SWING's computers, software, network, security systems, or other technology.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, any legal action arising out of these Terms & Conditions or your use of PURE SWINGS facility shall be brought in a state court of competent jurisdiction in Green County Ohio, or the United States District Court for the Southern district of Ohio, Western Division at Dayton.
You and PURE SWING LLC consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Agreement
By booking a bay, purchasing a membership, entering PURE SWING, or using the facility, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Our goal is simple: have fun, play safely, respect the facility, and leave it ready for the next golfer.
